China Health Center’s specialty and custom herbal formulas are available for purchase by e-mail, phone, and fax. (Very soon, internet ordering will also be offered!)
All products will be shipped via first class USPS. Or, if you are in the Austin, Texas area, we invite you to pick up your order at the China Health Center clinic, 3701 Bee Caves Rd. Suite 102, Austin, Texas 78749.
E-mail Orders: Please fill out the form below and a China Health Center staff member will phone or e-mail you, during business hours, to confirm and complete the order. All credit card information must be taken over the phone for security purposes.
Phone Orders: Phone China Health Center at 512-306-0535. When you call please have the product names, credit card information and your shipping address handy.
Fax Orders: Please fill out the form below, copy and print it, then fax to China Health Center at 512-306-1721. A China Health Center staff member will phone you during business hours to confirm and complete the order. You may also include credit card information (number, expiration date, and billing address) on the fax form if you wish.
All custom formula orders, to be picked up, will receive a phone call or e-mail (your preference) when the herbs are ready.
For faster processing, customers can call and set-up a courtesy account with a credit card number and preferred shipping information. After a courtesy account is established, the only information an order needs to contain is the customer name and requested products.
